2. Service Agreement

• Appointment Booking: Services are provided by appointment only. Clients can book appointments via phone, email, or our website.
• Service Charges: Service fees will be communicated before work begins. Charges may vary based on the nature and complexity of the service provided.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept Cash & Online Payment (Bank, Easypaisa, Jazz Cash, NayaPay Etc) .
• Cancellations: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Liability and Warranty

• No Warranty on Data: Ahsan Computer & Laptop Repair is not responsible for any data loss during repairs or installations. Clients are advised to back up their data before service.
• Same-Time Warranty: We offer a same-time warranty, meaning any issues that arise immediately after the repair or service completion will be addressed before leaving the site. Once we leave the premises, no further warranty is provided.
• Third-Party Products: We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party products or software installed as part of our service.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Access to Premises: Clients must provide safe access to the premises where services are to be conducted.
• Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate information about the issues they are experiencing and the services they require.
• Use of Services: Clients agree to use our services for lawful purposes only.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

• Personal Information: We collect personal information as necessary to provide our services. This information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
